Invite Mother Nature to your practice at Yoga in the Park. Embrace the earth’s elements to ground, flow, breathe, and find expansion. Join us as we gather under the canopy of the trees and flow with the breeze in an outdoor yoga experience.

Create balance, flexibility, mobility and strength on Sunday at 16:00pm with Yoga in the Garden(San Anton Gardens). Our practice unfolds with breath practice, warm up, and poses sure to challenge your body, spirit, HEART, and mind!

Bring a yoga mat, any props you love, and an open heart. Practice is about 75 minutes.

Is this class for you?

Don’t worry if you are new to yoga as the teaching will be on multi-levels and personal approach. Well job is done and it is time for cooling down stage called savasana.

Do I need to bring my yoga mat?

Yes, you are requested to bring your own yoga mat, for reasons of hygiene, energy and ecology.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason, we require at least 6 hours advance notice, the full amount will be credited to your account at Yoga Malta (must be used within a month). This credit can be used towards any yoga class offered.

If you cancel less than 6 hours prior to the class, you will be charged the full amount and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit note.
