Create balance, flexibility, mobility and strength on Sunday at 16:00pm with Yoga in the Garden(San Anton Gardens). Our practice unfolds with breath practice, warm up, and poses sure to challenge your body, spirit, HEART, and mind!
Bring a yoga mat, any props you love, and an open heart. Practice is about 75 minutes.
