You’ll be introduced to the basics strokes and receive personalized instruction to improve your balance and comfort on the board. We’ll cover important gear and safety concepts before we practice moving from a seated to standing position remounting our board after falling (or jumping!) in the water and basic paddle strokes.
After the practice session, we will go for a trek ride with boards to visit around St Pauls Bay Island.
No experience of yoga, SUP or SUP yoga is necessary for this class. We will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface.
Snorkeling is a very relaxing and at the same time exciting activity which is suitable for all age levels.
