About Amanda

Amanda began her movement journey with the empowering practice that is known as The Rocket. After 12 years of dedicated mind and body practice, she now holds over 1000 hours YTT in Rocket, Ashtanga Yoga, AcroYoga and Breathwork. She is one of the few authorized Rocket Yoga Trainers in Spain, under the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga School. Alongside her passion for yoga, her mindful movement practice is greatly influenced by acrobatics, handbalancing and freediving. With a diverse range of interests, she focuses on living a balanced lifestyle, physically, mentally and spiritually. As a teacher, she loves to create a positive atmosphere in her classes, to bring out the full potential of her students. She currently lives in Barcelona, where she continues to teach online yoga and handstand classes, workshops and Yoga Teacher Trainings.

Headstand Workshop – Building the Foundation
 
In this workshop, we’ll explore the fundamentals of Sirsasana (Headstand), focusing on alignment, core strength, and shoulder stability. You’ll learn how to safely enter, hold, and exit the posture with control and confidence. We’ll also play with fun headstand variations to expand your experience and bring creativity into your inversion practice. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this workshop lays the foundation for a solid and sustainable inversion journey.

Forearm Stand Workshop – Finding Balance

Dive into Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand) with tools to strengthen your shoulders, engage your core, and find balance through technique and breath. This workshop will break down wall drills, alignment cues, and spotting techniques to help you feel more stable and fearless upside down. Great for practitioners who are ready to transition from headstand and explore more vertical freedom.

Handstand Workshop – Elevate Your Practice

Ready to take flight? In this energizing workshop, we’ll focus on the mechanics of Handstand, including wrist prep, body alignment, kicking up, and building endurance. With plenty of practice time, spotting, and fun progressions, you’ll develop the confidence to work toward a controlled, balanced handstand—both against the wall and in the center of the room.
