Yoga and Sound Vibration Journey

Join us for this mindful practice creating a sense of grounding and release.

It’s all about rest, relaxation, slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching with our 90min yoga and sound vibration journey. We will have 45min yin yoga class with sound bath and 45min sound vibration journey.
This class is designed to relieve tension in the mind and body. Yin yoga is a slower, gentler way to practice asana (yoga poses).
This provides a unique feeling to the physical and mindful body to help you simply let go. This gives your muscles and bones an opportunity to relax in alignment, which calms your nervous system and allows for deep healing to occur.

Yin Yoga with Merve Yigit

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.

It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep facia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.

Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles.

Sound Vibration Journey with George Attard

We will have sound bath with George Attard while we practice yoga. A Sound Vibration Journey is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body.
 
George Attard is a master with his Native American flutes and he is well known for his therapeutic sound baths. A sound bath with George is a unique experience and, together with his flutes and other instruments, he will plunge you in a deep meditative state. This Yoga class will introduce you to live performance using over 25 instruments he will guide us threw sound vibration medicine using sound and rich musical textures to deepen our experience.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund for a paid class, you must cancel your registration 24 hours before the class starts.
We reserve the right to cancel the classes with 6 students or less. In this case you’ll be notified at least 6 hours in advance. You will receive credit for a future class within the same season or fully refunded.

Is this class for you?

Our yoga class is inclusive and personalized to multiple levels. Our instructors provide modifications and variations to accommodate your needs. We create a safe and supportive environment for everyone to practice and grow. All levels are welcome.

Do I need to bring my yoga mat?

Yes, you are requested to bring your own yoga mat, for reasons of hygiene, energy and ecology.
