Come enjoy the ancient practice of Yoga combined with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water! Both yoga and stand up paddleboarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, body strength and is great for increasing fitness and even weight loss!
No experience of yoga, SUP or SUP yoga is necessary for this class. Your certified SUP Yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move into a more dynamic flow before slowing down to cool off with restorative postures and the greatest Savasana you’ve ever experienced (truly!).
