What is UnPlug Retreat?

Email, Messaging, iPhones, Tablets, laptops and cell phones dominate our modern lives. We are uber-connected and virtually available at any time, yet when we meet each other we keep staring at our screens. We eat in front of screens, we walk with a device in our hand, we fall asleep with a cellphone next to us. Our brain is overloaded; it needs breaks to restore, not just at night but during the day. It needs times of rest and recovery. Digital withdrawal helps to reduce the electronic addiction stress and to regain a healthy balance of life and work.
In this retreat we are not allowed to use our phone’s, computer’s(anything makes you connect to Wi-Fi).

Withdraw, rest, recover

Weekend break from a busy lifestyle and highly digital world into a world of quiet, nature and inner peace. During the retreat participants disconnect from their phones, screens, the internet, notifications and information overload. Participants get time and space to withdraw, rest, recharge, reflect on what is important in life.
Participants gain simple tools and techniques that they can use day to day to live a more mindful and meaningful life, connect with themselves, improve their health and find a better life balance in our fast, demanding and stressful technological world.

What's included

  • 2 nights, 3 days accommodations (including food, fees, classes, program tuition).
  • All vegetarian/vegan meals prepared by a local chef using nutritious and delicious freshly-prepared ingredients and cooked with love. Beverages and a 24-hour tea house are available.
  • Essential Oils for Relaxation and Stress Relief: this is an experiential retreat where you will blend, create, learn about and experience the magic and medicine of essential oils.
  • You will learn how to prepare vegan/vegetarian breakfast and dinners.
  • The weekend includes 4 yoga classes and 4 meditation classes (Friday evening, Saturday morning and evening, and Sunday morning) — morning classes will be gently active and evening classes will be more restorative to promote deep relaxation.

Fee

Double Occupancy/2 Twin Beds/1 King Bed/Private Bath/per person – 450-500€ (depends on the room that you choose)
Single Occupancy/1 King Bed/Private Bath — 600-750€ (depends on the room that you choose)
 
DEPOSIT
* Deposit : 250€ (non refuandable)
 
FULL PAYMENT (due within 30 days of retreat )
When you reserve, you may either pay in full or just pay the deposit. Upon receipt of your payment we will send you a confirmation of your deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start date of the yoga retreat.

Accommodation

You will be staying at the oasis farmhouse, a special place if you are looking for relaxation, healthy meals, and yoga classes and need a place to spend a wonderful time. It is perfect for conscious couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers wanting to get away from their busy life or for groups needing a unique home-from-home holiday experience.
If you have any other dietary or allergy requests, my chef is happy to take these into account. Please note in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
I highly recommend (but don’t force) you to take a break from coffee and smoking during the retreat.

Yoga practice

You can expect to practice different styles of yoga, from stronger power vinyasa classes, slow flows, Hatha and more restorative practices like Yin. In addition, all practices will include some pranayama and/or Kundalini inspired work and meditation.
