Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga

Looking for some SUP Yoga?

Come enjoy the ancient practice of Yoga combined with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water! Both yoga and stand up paddleboarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, body strength and is great for increasing fitness and even weight loss!
 
No experience of yoga, SUP or SUP yoga is necessary for this class. Your certified SUP Yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move into a more dynamic flow before slowing down to cool off with restorative postures and the greatest Savasana you’ve ever experienced (truly!).

How long is the class?

SUP Yoga class is approximately 90 minutes(45 minutes sup yoga and 45 minutes paddling around the island)

Where is the meeting point?

Sup Yoga Malta, Manoel Yacht Marina: located at the end of Manoel Island Yacht Marina. 

What to bring:

  • Swimsuit
  • Water
  • Hat
  • Sunblock
  • Your friends!
  • For those extra adventurous, feel free to bring Go-Pro cameras, water proof phone cases, etc. at your own risk (SUP Yoga makes for some great photos).

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund for a paid class, you must cancel your registration 24 hours before the class starts. Yoga Malta’s priority is providing a safe experience! In case of bad weather situations, we will decide to cancel a class at least 2 hours ahead of time. You will receive credit for a future class within the same season.

We reserve the right to cancel the classes with 4 students or less. In this case you’ll be notified at least 2 hours in advance. You will receive credit for a future class within the same season.
