You’ll be introduced to the basics strokes and receive personalized instruction to improve your balance and comfort on the board. We’ll cover important gear and safety concepts before we practice moving from a seated to standing position remounting our board after falling (or jumping!) in the water and basic paddle strokes.
After the practice session, we will go for a trek ride with boards to visit around Blue Grotto Bay an hour and a half go and come back!
Sup Yoga
No experience of yoga, SUP or SUP yoga is necessary for this class. Your certified SUP Yoga teacher Merve Yigit will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface.
Sup Yoga class is around an hour.
Snorkeling
Snorkeling is a very relaxing and at the same time exciting activity which is suitable for all age levels.
Snorkeling is around 30 minutes.
